Tester will light on back of fuse when fuse is open (ignition on). Meter should either show "0VDC", or "battery voltage" when checking both fuse tabs on the back side of the fuse to ground. Come join the discussion about ...The only possible "adjustment" is at the clutch pedal. Near the top of the arm is a horizontal rod, the nut on the rod close to the arm is the locknut. Loosen the nut and spin the shaft. Check pedal movement. Adjust as required. Take the pulse dampner off the end of the fuel rail, insert -6AN fitting and run a braided line back to the tank under the back seat. Meter should either show "0VDC", or "battery voltage" when checking both fuse tabs on the back side of the fuse to ground.
